Increase your Heart Rate while having Fun!

Pure Results Fitness offers a variety of classes to keep you motivated along your path to overall fitness and wellness. The class structure is intended to give you a variety of workout routines that are designed to increase your heart rate and improve your overall fitness level. The class schedule varies to allow for different instructors, focus areas and fitness levels so each and every class is a new challenge/exercise or variation that builds on previously learned skills.

Classes are created based on user feedback, suggestions and overall interest. Please review the Class schedule and let us know if you do not see a class that interests you. We are always looking to add new items to the schedule and to develop new routines and welcome your feedback.

TRXTRX Boot Camp:

TRX is more than just the most versatile piece of exercise equipment available; it is a complete training system. Designed to be used as a tool to get a full body workout that can be adapted as your fitness level improves. Each workout is also designed to engage the abdominal area, so you are always working on strengthening your core!

InsanityInsanity Classes:

Insanity workouts are pure cardio workouts. No weights or special equipment needed. The core idea behind the Insanity Workout that makes it more intense than any other workout is something called Max Interval training. You've probably heard of regular interval training in which you do short periods of high intensity training, followed by long breaks. The Insanity Workout flips this idea by doing 3-minute intervals of the most intense exercise you're capable of, followed by just 30 seconds of rest.

P90X workout system is an advanced training technique called Muscle Confusion, which accelerates the results process by constantly introducing new moves and routines so your body never plateaus, and you never get bored! Whether you want to get lean, bulk up, or just plain get ripped, there's an endless variety of ways to mix and match the routines to keep you motivated.
