Ray is a ACE, Expert and World Instructor Certified. Has the ability to train people world wide and nation wide. Nutrition education started early 1987 working for Natures Way. And has since then stayed 15-20 years ahead of the industry in the US. Ray is currently surrounded by top professionals in the fitness and nutrition industry and is always striving to learn more so he can educate more people.
Has a total of twenty four years experienced in fitness and nutrition. Ray worked for nineteen years for most of the large corporate and prestigious athletic gyms in the northwest. His experience includes working with individuals that are elderly. He focuses with the elderly on strength and increasing muscle mass, as well as form and flexibility. Injury prevention is always top priority with Ray and all of his clients.
He has worked with numerous of individuals, from beginners to advance top elite athletes. Some of his clients include personal athletic trainers that need his support and guidance to reach the next level of fitness. He has a great system of making sure you are working out to your capacity or level of experience. He stays two to three steps ahead of your body so you will not plateau. Ray educates his clients very well when it comes to nutrition and supplementation. He has an excellent track record of helping his clients reach their desired fitness goals. He strives to be great at whatever he puts his mind on.
Ray is the founder and president of Pure Results Fitness Center. After working for so many years in the health and fitness industry, he has experienced many people were not being serviced well. That is what motivated Ray to open a fitness center that focuses on peoples needs, and by making sure that everyone was being serviced well and having a great time. He services them by listening to them and helps them reach their fitness goals. He does so by educating them in how to work out properly, using correct form and making sure you understand. He then makes sure you also understand the correct way to stretch and explains why it is important to stay flexible and maintain great form. Once the foundation has been set, he then knows his clients are ready for more of a challenge. Ray takes them to another level of fitness by continuing to challenge their body making it a better, faster, healthier and stronger body. Striving to get their bodies to be at optimal form is the key for Ray. So far he has a100% track record and is very serious when it comes to achieving their goals. Ray is very diverse with techniques and exercise to see where his clients can improve. Ray starts them in a level that is comfortable in the beginning, and then every week challenges them to a whole new level. He starts working on more dynamic and functional type of exercise. That no matter what level you are, you will be challenged. He helps his clients stay accountable by making sure they know what to do right. Meaning they know how to workout right, eat right, rest and be able to stay motivated through and through.
Ray is married to May Hecita, his best friend, business partner and soul mate. May is a mother of two awesome boys, Brenden Ray, and Eron John Hecita. Ray enjoys spending time with family and is very important to him. He enjoys numerous sports including playing basketball, volleyball, skiing, working out, running and dancing. Ray has a background in art and enjoys painting and drawing. He is very passionate about health and wellness. He continues to help countless of people strive to be great and to make sure they have fun in the process. Ray has a great personality that is easy to work with and can understand where you are coming from. He will do his best to make sure you will be successful in reaching to your desired goal. He will go through great lengths to make sure you do by educating you in the process.
DaMarr started training 16 years ago. The journey however, began with having reconstructive surgery on his left ACL . Despite the challenges, he started getting back in shape. Not knowing that this rehab would lead into a career he would love. Since 1997, He has been a personal trainer in some of the most popular corporate gyms in the greater Seattle area. He found a passion in helping others obtain their own personal goals. Motivating and guiding them on their own journey. Not a lot of people get up daily and do what they love. He considers himself blessed.
Being involved in sports has always been a huge part of his life. In his youth he primarily played football, basketball and baseball. Through high school he began focusing on Football and decided to try Track and field. He end up playing 18 years of football and added 4 years of rugby. Expressing his love for the game of football and giving back to his community, he was privileged to coach for 7 years at his high school alma mater. Becoming a CPT comes with growing pains, like anything. Throughout the years, he constantly finds growth in maintaining diversity. DaMarr specializes in small group, boot camp, sport specific and one on one training. His primary goal is to create high energy work outs and a positive environment for success to happen, while teaching clients proper movement patterns and how to be efficient in those movements.
In his free time DaMarr still continues to play a number of sports and loves spending time with his family. Deep down inside, he admits to being a little kid who just wants to play. Having a good time and being around good people is a must.
Annie Goldwyn is a 5th degree Black Belt (GoDan) in Isshinryu karate. She also holds the rank of 2nd degree Black Belt (NiDan) in Tokushink kobudo. She is the second female to hold rank in Tokushin. May 2013 will mark her 16th year of martial arts practice.
In 2002 Annie won first place in the U.S. Open Karate Tournament permforming Tokumine No Kun ( Bo kata found in both the Isshinryu and Tokushin styles). In 2009, she traveled to Okinawa to study with a first generation Isshinryu student, Sensei Kensho Tokumura, who is also the founder of Tokushin kobudo.
In 2010 Annie co-sponsored Sensei Tokumura to travel from Okinawa to her home in Florida to present a weekend seminar. Before moving to Seattle in August of 2010, she operated a commercial school/dojo in Fort Myers, Florida. In 2013, she sponsored the President of the Tomo No Kai Association to visit Seattle and present a weekend seminar.
Dr. Russo has been practicing Acupuncture and Chinese medicine for years. He has practiced in many Integrative clinics, hospitals, and private practices throughout the United States. Dr. Russo moved to Seattle to continue his studies and fullfill his dream of earning his doctorate at Bastyr University. Bastyr University's Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) program specializes in Integrative Oncology and Advanced Pain Management. He first received his Masters Degree of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California.
Dr. Russo has studied acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, western medicine, and Qigong throughout the United States and China. He has studied at the Sichuan combination of Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese medicine, and the Hubei College of Traditional Chinese medicine. Dr. Russo has received Certification in Traditional Chinese medicine Oncology from Chengdu and Shanghai. He has also has Certification in advanced acupuncture training and Qigong in Hubei, China.
Dr. Russo enjoys visiting the many local parks with his family. He also likes tennis, reading, practicing Qigong, and working out. Dr. Fred Russo believes that eating an organic whole food diet, exercising, and being conscientious about the planet is a positive way to influence your health.
