Includes 36 sessions total Personal Training, which is 1 on 1 for an hour. Which last for 3 months, if training a minimum of three times per week. Includes the Lean Out Program or the Bulk Up Program, you choose which plan fits your lifestyle or fitness goals. This program last for 3 months of Health and Nutritional guidance, as well as support. We make adjustments as your body transform to a leaner, stronger new you.
