Includes 36 sessions total Personal Training, which is 1 on 1 for an hour. Which last for 3 months, if training a minimum of three times per week. Learn the proper way to exercise right to maximize muscle tone, strength, energy and speed of recovery. Learn different techniques to see and feel results within two days of training with us.
Includes the Lean Out Program or the Bulk Up Program, you choose which plan fits your lifestyle or fitness goals. This program last for 3 months of Health and Nutritional guidance, as well as support. We make adjustments as your body transform to a leaner, stronger new you.
Measurements and tracking once every four weeks.
