Total Body Fitness Assesment, including first inittial body measurements, weight, fat weight, muscle mass, and total fat. We will discuss in a half hour what you need to do to get through the next steps in how to lose fat, increase muscle, strength, energy and sleep better.
After we discuss your health and nutritional plans, we will recommend what is needed for you to go through the next level to see and feel the results. We will take you through a detailed workout explaining each workouts, including the right forms, techniques, and stretches that will be designed specifically for you. So you can improve strength, lean muscle, mobility and flexability and overall improve your health and wellness to get that body back, to a stronger, leaner you.
